This is just a blocker for other packages that can't enter unstable until
libevent migrates, in my case transmission[0].
I haven't been following libevent development, so please don't take this as

I don't have a way to debug this, as I don't have machines with those
architectures. When I released the package, I saw the problem and
requested that it be marked as "not for" those three architectures.
However, that didn't happen.
In the meantime, no one has ported the package.
