It seems the issue of libtext-charwidth-perl,
the mblen from Text::CharWidth always returns bad value.
When upgrading from squeeze, it always return 4294967297. After upgraded
to wheezy (with some tricks[1][2]) the problem is gone.

I modified samba's script to function under systemd. Could you please
check it over for correctness? The two problems I have with it are:
1. I'm not sure if 'systemctl status sabma.service' is the best way
to determine if the service is up
2. I don't see a way to just start nmbd
