With the attached change to debian/rules2, gcc-snapshot builds successfully on
hppa (native build).
DEBIAN_CROSS was not tested.
We now need both a c and c++ compiler to build hppa64. libbacktrace only
builds with c compiler.

This bug breaks upgrade from squeeze to wheezy if stun is installed;
apt-get upgrade fails on stun as shown in the original bug report. The
fix is to edit the prerm script as discussed in this bug and run
apt-get upgrade again. Please consider adding this to the upgrade
errata.
