hmisc is no longer available on armel (see #852339).
So many people stepping up. This is great news!
Synergy was in a great need of a new maintainer for a very long time :)
Due to many bugs, Ive been using upstream git without encryption over an
ssh tunnel for a time now.
I will test the new package as soon as is available :)

Dear Maintainer,
When parsing the attached HTML file (which uses 25 tags), libxml
starts to use inordinate amounts of memory.
See https://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=25210#8 for the
original bug against Emacs.
Best,
C.

It's not, but Gerrit Pape hasn't made an upload of the package since
2013. I guess that those in the Uploaders field are the de facto
maintainers.

Hi Roby,
You reported the issue with the backported package. I just tried to
reproduce this in stretch and without the back ported archive it works
as intended. Can you please tell us with what command you installed
lazarus-1.6?

I just ran into a similar problem. I tried to install the
build-depends for debian-history in an armel chroot. The chroot is
unstable but probably out-of-date by a few weeks.
I've attached the log of my initial apt-get run. I then tried to do
"unset LANG" but that didn't change anything.

I can confirm this bug after the upgrade from 6.1.23~dfsg-2 to

There are only 2 GB (mips/mipsel) resp. 3 GB (armel/armhf)
address space available for userspace, and in mpqc3 there
is one source file where gcc would need more for compiling.
armel is additionally affected by #852481 (tbb FTBFS on armel).
