It is not related to the lid switch - it happened also if the laptop was
open all the time. The problem was also when stretch got stable, but
didn't try it again in the last three months or so. I'll retest it in a

Sorry for the delay, and thank you for the reminder. I have looked into
updating the package with your new upstream, however the tarball
contains a .gitignore file that ignores the debian/ directory. This
makes it difficult to work with the pristine source under Git, which is
my preferred work
