zipios when they went from version 1 to version 2 [1].
In addition, there is some API changes with the version 2. This is
minor breaks but still break. So I also changed the name of the
generated binary packages:
kpcli 3.5 was released on 2020-09-19.
Furthermore it seems to me, that all versions (buster, bullseye,
buster-backports) of the geoip-database and geoip-database-extra are using
the legacy format.
