I've updated the fontconfig package to 2.14.1-1 and incorporated various
patches from the Debian BTS as well.
As I'm not very familiar with fontconfig I'm not sure I feel comfortable
uploading it to unstable this close to the freeze, unless people

Devilspie2 has a new upstream, and they have made new releases (yay!)
which unfortunately doesn't follow the file-name "layout" of the
previous, which causes the watch file to not recognise the newer
versions.

When copying files remotely using fish, if the local temporary
directory fills up, the copy fails saying that there is no disk space
to copy the file. This is somewhat confusing since the target may well
have plenty of space.
