You do not cater for having more than one slot e.g. N900 has two:
one internal non-removable and one external that is removable.
What about a sysfs entry instead e.g.
/sys/class/mmc-host/mmc*/nonremovable
That continues the assumption that the user will somehow ever know about
this stuff
. That is one users make and we need to be at least vaguely
robust against.
Hence you need the fs checking here.

package over. I don't want to end up hijacking it without any kind of
due process though.

Hi Guys,
A temporary workaround for the problem is to edit /etc/default/rcS file
and set FSCKFIX to yes. At least it wont stop your boot process asking
for manual fsck run.
Hopefully maintainers can put together soon to fix this.
Thanks,
Alan

Hi Alan,
I need your advice what to do with my first RC-bug. :)
I would normally recommend CC'ing discussions relating to how to fix
the bug to the bug report itself - someone else might read the bug and
have something relevant to offer
Peter's package installs and runs well for me on Ubuntu Karmic. The init
script looks good and it runs under the openerp user.
My only thought is that when running postgres, openerp-server and
openerp-web on the same server it might be better to run openerp-web
under a different user. That way
is not resolvable
(a very strange message, as an IP need not be resolved?)
/etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost
restarting privoxy works fine, but this is not a solution...

revision 1826 changed 4 files in the openobject server, one of the
changes (convert.py) does appear to have made it into 5.0.3 but the
others didn't. This change
all being well this patch created with quilt should apply the changes I
incorporated from changeset 1826.

looks like I tinkered with things before initialising quilt correctly. I
did it again from a fresh source package. hopefully this one will apply.

say recommend since I think checkpoints
would be useful for the majority of usages for openmpi, but I don't
feel strongly either way really.
