Recently, sazanami fonts are more popular than kochi, IMHO.
We can remove kochi if xdvik-ja doesn't depend on kochi
so please use sazanami fonts as default fonts for xdvik-ja
and drops dependency on kochi.

and menu-xdg was upgraded (0.2.1-0.2.2) in a process but I
found that there was no Debian menu in the main menu of KDE
after upgrading.
