Oh yes, it's a my fault. I missed a dependency necessary to show svg
icons: librsvg2-common.
It will be added in the new version of fbpanel, in few days.
In the meantime, I will be glad if you can install the missed dependency
and check if the problem is fixed.

I've contacted tilda's developers and they let me know that right now
tilda's key grabbing ability is "weak" and It will be better with the
next release. They're developing a "key-catcher", so you don't have to
type in the keybinding your choice, if you want.
