The API changes are fairly trivial, see [0] for a patch that does this

MPlayer does not use the usual mpcdec API. Not sure if this will make it
easier or harder.

Hi,
compiling cairo without libpixman is not possible anymore, the only
other solution would be static linking for the udeb.
Please request the addition of a udeb to libpixman, should be fairly
easy to add there.
