/wildmidi.cfg is not an arch-specific
path, so keeping it in libwildmidi1 would prevent the simultaneous installation
of the shared library for more than a single architecture simultaneously.
Any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated.

Just for reference, testing the build of 0.8.5-1 on powerpc in Ubuntu
hardy worked (whereas 0.8.1-1 had failed, with similar symptoms to
those reported in this bug). It may be worth testing 0.8.5-1 against
a Debian powerpc build environment to see if this bug is still
present.

an error message is stored in ~/.xsession-errors). Launching from the
command line results in the error message No good client name or JACK
server not running?. This error only happens if

I have been advised that the second patch has been accepted upstream,
but am unaware of the status of the first patch.
