Hello,
My /home diectory is an nfs share and I use /etc/fstab to mount it on
boot. Corresponding connection requires IPSec and here comes the
problem.
By the time of mounting setkey and racoon have not been started yet,
so mount fails.

I had the same problem after upgrade.
I have found that the problem emerged due to the name change of some
keys. For instance, the key which had earlier the name XF86WWW got the
name XF86HomePage after the upgrade.
And when xbindkeys see inappropriate name it leads to the behavior

Actually it was fixed in 1.18, patch is attached.
I patched current Debian package (libpam-mount version 1.10-1) using this
patch. It works.
