Yeah, I think so, because the ones you list here are either state or
history, and certainly not configuration.
That's good to see, because it's kind of changed already, still
detects there's no espeak installed (rather than letting users enable
it just to get it re-disabled). But since in some activities the game
actually do depend on espeak it might be useful to add the espeak to
dependencies.
