I read this bug with interest although I've had no problem using nvidia drivers 304.64-4 with gnome 3.4. Possibly related, note below that for the libGL.so library mentioned, libGL.so points to the mesa diversion while libGL.so.1 points to the nvidia version. Isn't this an anomaly? [ie, normal
