I haven't done (or even looked into) the DFSG issues so I suppose those still

The lastest version of texlive to move into testing includes a security
feature in bibtex which breaks rubber on any application that uses
bibtex, as far as I can tell.
The issue has to do with a configuration option (openout
doing the upload.

n any case, VRMS and ActualRMS are not the same. VRMS complains about
packages in the non-free repository. Questions about whether packages
belong in that package are important ones, but they are not ones to have
in bug reports for the VRMS package.

Actually, I mentioned a different RockBox installing utility which was
one that I wrote. That said, this one is much better. I'm happy to try
it out and consider packing it though.
If someone else *really* wants it, I'm happy to defer or help and

e accepted and none that I think would impact this issue. Your
