It looks like python-urlgrabber lacks dependency on pycurl, reassigning.

, I have to downgrade
geeqie and geeqie-common to 1:1.0-2 too.
It looks like geeqie was built on some architectures against broken
libexiv2 (0.19-2). I will trigger rebuild.
