I follow the testing distribuiton quite closely. I use Ctrl-t to convert
my LyX documents to postcript and viewing them with gv.
Lately a upgrade (I don't of which package) broke my installation and a
reconfigure didn't help.

/usr/share/lyx/scripts/lyxview.sh
to display PostScript output.
I checked this with a empty .lyx-directory and the output is the same.

This problem was fixed by manually changing
in /etc/pbbuttonsd.conf the SoundSystem
SoundSystem = ALSA
It would be nice if a dpkg-reconfigure would automatically detect the
currently running sound system and update /etc/pbbuttonsd.conf correspongly

As I am not at all familiar with cfengine internals I did not try to find the
reason for the Segmentation fault. But at least I seem to have a more or less
reliable way to reproduce the failure and willing to try patches.
