vte_terminal_set_background_transparent() in 0.24.0 is buggy, too.
If user's X11 background has no pixbuf,
vte_terminal_set_background_transparent() will make application
segfault.

4. close gpicview
5. now you get a data loss image
I tried several different jpeg files, and no one can keep original
image.
