This would be the package built with Till's patch included:
https://people.debian.org/~odyx/tmp/eiRa3quooCai4ju0/cups-browsed_1.11.6-4~test852436_amd64.deb
Can you test and confirm that it fixes that bug for you?

Hi Daniel,
gpgv-win32 from unstable seems to work for me now (using the
debian/tests/gpgv-win32 test at least).
The CI test still fails though, you might want to try integrating
Antonio's proposal below.

As the title says, win32-loader currently can't download dailies, as
d-i.debian.org has moved to enforced https.
That's a limitation of the NSISdl NSIS builtin plugin. It could be replaced
with the Inetc plugin [0], but it isn't

Dear maintainers,
I've noticed that gpgv.exe fails its CI test (debian/tests/gpgv-win32) in
version 1.4.20-4 (-3 and previous work fine):
(This is after adding WINEDEBUG=err+all as prefix to the latest line):

Apparently since the archive changes listed in #818463, packages.debian.org
doesn't list experimental packages anymore:
$ apt-cache policy libgcrypt20 | grep -B1 experimental

CUPS Build-Depends against "libpng-dev | libpng12-dev". Is this stll an
he wait_for_file function from
hotplug.functions to avoid code duplication (with the patch attached).
This function was useful when /usr was mounted "late", could it be
reintroduced, or should I just remove the patch?

Agreed. Tell me if I can do anything to help, implement (even if it
seems you are already on top of it :)) or even test. I'm quite reassured
that you are getting the same issue with the dpkg testsuite as well and
I was not just an isolated case.
Thanks a lot!
Didier
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.18.3
In a project (Ubuntu Make), I have my small tests running as non root,
but this one needs to install packages.
What I did until now is to use (as apt is used to fetch packages from a
local repo) a "fakeroot dpkg --root" wrapper with a local crafted
directory to
t use 2 alternatives. This
one is less useful to debian.
Tell me if anything needs to be modified or if you have any question!
Cheers,
Didier
