obexftp uses the mentioned "OBEX" identifier but does only work as client.
So please use obexftp instead (may only work with obexftp >= 0.18).
For server mode, maybe ircp can listen to both identifiers at the same time?

although as KDE user, I am not fully happy about that, the ITP for bluez-gnome
