This doesn't look like it will ever be fixed, so feel free to close this.
Hi,
Is there any news on this? The resolver delay means we can't upgrade from Woody.
Thanks,
Chad
For the sake of completeness, perhaps the following project is relevant:
http://linux.dell.com/projects.shtml#dkms
Package: bind9
Version: 9.2.4-1
Debian Stable's bind9 package has a bug which means that uncached
queries to the root name servers take around four seconds. The reason
for the delay is a bug in bind9 which was triggered by the addition of
records to the root name servers. Users with ipv6 are
Package: postgrey
Version: 1.21-1
The postgrey daemon gives a url in error messages, which takes users
to the postgrey website.
Since this is a privacy concern, postgrey offers the ability to
customise this message.
The option I would like to add to the default postgrey options is:
Package: freetds-dev
Version: 0.61-6.2
Sarge supports UTF-8 as a locale, but freetds in Sarge does not.
UTF-8 support is available in freetds 0.63.
The 0.63 release also addresses a problem we are having with timeouts
when called through PHP. A rebuild against 0.63 fixes this issue.

Hello.
I'm seeing something strange with mysql-server-4.1:
# grep bind-address /etc/mysql/my.cnf
bind-address= localhost
# /etc/init.d/mysql restart
# netstat -tpln|grep mysql
tcp001.2.3.4:33060.0.0.0:*LISTEN
No, I'm completey wrong on this. Please can you close the bug? :/

hi,
are you sure that should be default-perfdata and not file-perfdata?
i'm not too familiar with what
Package: nagios
So that the data nagios captures can be used for performance analysis,
please can nagios be compile with the --with-default-perfdata, as per
the instructions at:
http://perfparse.sourceforge.net/docs.php
