It appears that the AbiWord upstream autotooled link-grammar without
regard for whether the commandline parser works, and I fixed it without
any to test whether AbiWord works.
The problem is that the commandline parser loads the dictionaries as
4.0.dict, 4.0.affix, 4.0.knowledge, and 4.0.constitue

IMHO this is okay, but link-grammar restricts the language to english,
so AbiWord tries to load like so:
