why can't this information be pre-generated during installation of the
package
i would say that time till window is up is approximately equal to
epiphany. however, actually being usable is slightly longer to parse
and display the help pages for the program.
yelp launched via nautilus in particular is rather slow.

users expect the help system to pop up instantaneously as on windows,
but yelp seems to take 20-30 seconds to load on my system (a 1.6 GHz
P4 M). i get annoyed by it, and i am actually quite patient.
