Glipper 1.0 is a complete rewrite of the whole application.
Now it use python instead of

Glipper needs a .desktop file and a Debian menu entry so that it can be
started in the first place. It's all well and good expecting this to
happen in the session but glipper has to be started for it to appear in
the session for the first time.
