When you reregister with your ISP, you most likely get a new IP address for
your PC. This new IP doesn't match the IP twinkle shows in window title -> no
more SIP.
You might use DynDNS and provision this URL for "fixed IP" in twinkles NAT
settings.
Also STUN might help.

I'm on a "on demand" internet connection. That is after a while of not
using it any more it goes away and I have to re-register at the ISP.
This happens especially when I put my PC into suspend mode - after
reawakening it, I have to reregister.
