I am not sure as to why this bug has been reopened claiming that it is
still present in version 1:3.1.3-3. As of now that version has been
superseded by 1:3.2.0~beta-1 in both testing and unstable in which the

I have rebased keytouch-editor against its new upstream source, and
this does in fact fix the XMMS Amarok confusion, so when that new
package gets uploaded to unstable, this bug will be closed.
I realize that there are other issues in this bug, but as I said
