I come back to this bug. Now there are no more error message in the logs
when I switch on my printer or an external USB disk.
So I think you can close the bug.

I've made complementary tests.
With the HP PSC 1610 printer (printer, scanner and SD card reader)
switched off when I insert a USB key or switch on a USB disk colord
write no messages and with cups and colord and colord-sane running.
On a PC wich is not connect to the scanner/printer there
