there is a new upstream version of calendar-exchange-provider available
(3.2.2)
https://github.com/Ericsson/exchangecalendar/releases
It builds and works with icedove 31.2 esr.

After upgrading, I can no more access to my exchange calendar. The last
version of calendar-exchange-provider is 3.2.0-beta77 + in git and
apparently development it is no more developped (as of 8 may).

Maybe you should conflict at least?
I think so. Look for minVersion and maxversion in the Thunderbird
section.
