Package: udev Version: 215-12 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, When I spin down SCSI disk with sdparm -C stop /dev/sdc, udev spins up the disk immediatelly. This bug is new in Jessie. In Wheezy, udev doesn't spin the disk up. * What led up to the situation? I want to spin down unused disks
