I'm hitting the same issue. Looks like python implementation just not
fast enough. In my case it doesn't show speeds higher than 560Mbit/s
while website version shows something close to 900Mbit/s.

When I am trying to use VPN over VPN Network Manager somehow decides that
gateway which comes for second VPN (VPN2) is outside first VPN (VPN1) so it
