I noticed this by chance, so I did some testing to find why the same
command produces two different outputs (note that I ran the commands one
after the other, as root, in the same session).
If you find the "apt autoremove --purge" command in the sequence of the
commands I have indicated,

https://github.com/radvd-project/radvd/pull/196. I adapted it to a pair of
patches that I attach here for fixing this FTBFS.
