IIRC misc:Depends puts libboinc7 into manager dependencies, and according to

This is a known problem, and it has been already fixed in 7.4 releases.
I'll be really happy to upload the new release as soon as 738849 [1] is fixed,
since the new release uses webview and doesn't build with the current package.

Enabling webview gives us a new library, so I think a new package is the most
feasible way, right? (sorry, the package is quite heavy, I can miss something)
