There might be a problem with the GYP configuration : thumb=0
It should be 1 on armv4t (the armel target cpu).
However smulbb instruction is not used in SkMath, while in
SkBlitRow_opts_arm it is used and triggers this error, so adding
similar conditionals as the ones in SkMath might be necessary.

the right solution was to :
chown www-data /usr/share/redmine/config/environment.rb
that's because passenger runs as the owner of this file (thanks to Micah
Anderson).
It is now fixed for the next redmine release.
I also added correct (and working !) passenger config examples.
