Nicos patch of ipp.src is not complete. It doesn't delete the created
tempdir. The attached one corrects two minor things as well (adapted
from the sarge package). I haven't looked at the changes in eperl_sys.c
but I think there exists a similar problem.

this bug is still not fixed :(. I've posted a simple example to test it
some time ago here [1], it should print OFF when libvtk5-qt4-dev is not
installed. Could you please test it before closing the bug, next time.
What needs to be done is:
- Remove the
else and either add the path with -I or put it in
my $CPATH it works.

ros-rospack build, but contains wrong files, the rest FTBFS.

the files accidentally ended in there, due to a new install rule in
the googletest package. This was fixed in #844199 and a rebuild was
triggered in #844322, so this should be fine again.

#850027 is closed and funguloids and rviz work fine for me again :).
