If I'm looking right at this transition the only remaining package is
pbbam, where the maintainer-built binary was built against the old
libssl.
Please binNMU it.
Does it being ma:same implies you should binNMU all archs to preserve

Then, the package name does not follow the debian python policy,
according to which you should name it python3-satellites, the name you
are currently using kind of imply python2 stuff (but this point is just
a remark, the actual bug is about the first paragraph).

ld-dependency from libktpcommoninternalsprivate-dev to libktp-dev
that's not really the same, if you look at the build log you'll see that
ktp-dependant features are disabled (as ktp is not recognized).
So switching the build-dep is not enough.

you have #813953 open for that, I will look at that later.

are not :)
PS2: I'm not sure if the subject like that is going to work as I expect,
I'll check removals.html if the dak command is correct or otherwise
tweak this bug accordingly (or cloning it so there is one per binary).

that other bug (which is/will be blocking the testing
migration)in android-sdk-meta everything should go smoothly and that
transition tracker just go away by itself :)
After that, you can just close this bug report as a non-bug.
