I'm not very happy about this bug being closed: I was unlucky enough to
install 0.3.0r2-1, and now even if I try to upgrade to 0.3.0r2-2 it
still fails, and trashes the entire apt-get session.
I'm happy to see a work-around posted in this bug report, but if

kernel since version 2.6.11, and the debian 2.6.18 kernel seems to have

system become unusable, because there is a set of characters I cannot type on
my keyboard. This set is about 10-15% of Czech alphabet. I cannot write
comments to programs, notes to text files from linux console. I think that
