Iceweasel 9.0 cannot start with ru_RU.UTF-8 locale showing an error about
syntax error in XML file. With LC_ALL=C it starts ok. Screenshot is attached.
MOZILLA_DISABLE_PLUGINS=1 iceweasel
doesn't help.
