Hi,
I am looking to make a custom CD with some of our own software put
on the cd in addition to the first binary Debian CD.
I have a few questions. I have read the README and I have created a
Debian CD using the pseudo-image-kit which worked well. However, how do

Sir,
We tried to prepare bootable cd using knoppix remastering howto steps .
However the cd did not boot. Are there some steps to load boot.img boot.cat?
We had just copied them from knoppix 3.2 cd using "cp" command.
Please help.

Hi all
Firstly, sorry if this is the wrong list - please do flame me in the
right direction if it is.
I'm trying to make sense of http://wiki.debian.org/DebianCustomCD but
I simple can't.

Hello,
I have a list of Debian packages from various sources (mainly potato
CDs) which I'd like to use to make a custom install CD (also useable as
a cdrom source by apt).
I understand I need to get those debs and recreate a
dists/potato/binary-i386/{categories} tree, and generate Packages.gz

Is there any interest in my turning the article I'm working on on the
Debian Wiki (http://wiki.debian.org/index.cgi?DebianCustomCD) into a
full-blow HOWTO, and any case I would welcome any comments/suggestions
on what I've got so far.

I'm trying to make sense of http://wiki.debian.org/DebianCustomCD but
I'd like to build a custom Debian install CD with two
features.
First I want install this on a series of (20 or so)

Red Hat 7.0 pre-installed. That distribution seems to
