sgmltools to process chinese?

各位Debian的大大们好: 昨天我用DocBook(GNOME GGAD 的 Variant)写了一小篇 中文文章,可是用 $ sgmltools -b html lifebook.sgml 处理之后,却不能正常支持中文. 我好象印象中 CLDP 的中文处理是用 sgmltools 的? 请问我应该做哪些设置 才能输出中文的 html 甚至是 ps/pdf 啊? 谢谢 赵蔚
