gnat-4.4 needs gnat-4.4 (= 4.4.2-1) for building which is not availalble on

migrate to testing? gnat-4.2 FTBFS on s390... So the build failure
either needs to be fixed or gnat-4.2 needs to be restricted to the
architectures where it is still needed and the obsolete binaries should
be removed...
