Hello,
New glibc from testing seems to have heavy problems to lock a file
through NFS. For example, I get with procmail errors like :
procmail: Kernel-lock failed
With bogofilter :
[0] Error acquiring blocking read lock on

I have testing distribution (sarge) on i386 and I have some BIG problem
its colide with php4 ;(( why .. look at this
libc6 conflicts with php4 ( 4.2.3-5)
and in testing one is only 4.1.2-6 may be htere is the same libc6 for

Being perverse, I tried installing 2.3.1-5. I hit the same problem
that Joel mentioned previously, the old dynamic loader doesn't define
GLIBC_PRIVATE. I was trying to install glibc privately in a prefix of
my selection. I have been using LD_LIBRARY_PATH to select my library
path.
