Not sure if this is your problem, but if Postfix is running chroot'ed
then it might be getting different configuration information fo

Note that RH 9 includes the new NPTL threading libraries. This is

threading model).

Check your ACPI settings in your BIOS and in your kernel. I messed with
ours on a couple of servers, I don't remember where I landed, but I
think the only thing that worked reliably was just compiling the kernel

Can someone fill me in on ClamAV a little bit, the engine hasn't been
updated in a long time, but the virus signatures appear very recent.
Who is updating the signatures? How often do they come out?

than I do, Oracle (the company) doesn't really like you to use raw
partitions and it doesn't offer that much of a performance increase.
Theodore might be thinking of Oracle's IFS ("Internet File System")
which lets you store content in the database and expose it as a n
n't drive tape changers/libraries
out of the box. It needs some scripting to do that as well.
I recall that Arkeia does offer some free versions of its software, it's
now called Arkeia Light, and some information on it is here:

Sorry, I don't know of any opensource packages to do this, but it
shouldn't be too hard.
Of course, unless you setup your routers to block packets based on MAC
address this won't prevent someone from "guessing" a valid IP and

Path MTU problem? Search the list archives--if you are using PPPoE with
DSL the PPPoE framing takes a few bytes and that has been know to screw
people up.
