The open source choice is openantivirus.org + amavis: altough still
partly incomplete and not that up to date, it basically works.
If u feel that's not enough for your needs, go grab one of the many
commercial products i won't mention here.

Well I don't think the price is too bad for a ISP. The clamav engine seems to be
last updated 21-Nov-2002 ... quite a while and it's not v1.0 yet.
