toolbar is missing from Konqueror in KDE4

close Kontact.
I don't have initng installed, so it's probably unrelated.

Please adjust the depends of the KDE packages accordingly.

I just got confimation from the KDE side that the fix should be in version
3.3.1 of the kdesktop package. Things really seem to point to a packaging
problem.
