The fix to the dirmngr initscript that Maurizio proposes in
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=668890#60 (change su to
start-stop-daemon) fixed the problem for me.
worked for me as well.

Yes, I agree the state of KMAIL in Wheezy is really bad.. It's
*VERY* easy to make it crash 10-15 times an hour with normal
operation

since the update from weezy smashed KDE completley, I moved .kde out of the
way and started over from scratch (- website: no help for a testing-update
like that)
