one of our packages (htsjdk) introduced scalatest dependency with
graddle build file to make their tests.
Anyone working on packaging it (did not find it in Debian) ? Or having
an easy way to patch the build file to use *regular* graddle testing (I
never used graddle) instead of scaltest.

source license, and we have been looking to do this for a while. We have
some things we'd like to get done with the code first and then we will pick
an open source
