Hello all,
Most of bioconductor 3.19 has migrated to testing, but some legitimate bugs
shown by running the r-bioc-rhdf5 tests on s390x are holding up 20+ packages.
I have communicated the issue to upstream, providing them with a reproducer,
and helping them reproduce it on their CI.

only have a small amount of rust for Debian experience myself.

Bus error tends to be about unaligned memory access. I personally don't fix
such issues, but I do report them upstream and then disable that
architecture for building.
For bioinformatics, there is no reason to support armhf.
