Firstly, testing is I believe under a freeze. Secondly, version 10.0.5.1 would need an orig.tar.gz file that *has* version 10.0.5.1.  If you are attempting to patch an issue you may want to do it via quilt packaging if the package is a quilt format package and then upload the package increment
