/etc/X11/xorg, there are two ranges of, horizontal and vertical, so I
do not know how to tell xorg to refresh at 50 Hz.
Did anybody experience the same problem and found a solution ?

Hi,
In order to get airport extreme working, i just built linux-2.6.18.4.
Its .config is mainly based on 2.6.15.5(current kernel).
Hi,
Maybe you can try to use the .config from the debian package for Etch ?

The most important information has been said:
It is acceptable to cross-post on debian-boot and debian-kernel.

There are of course all kinds of ways to hack around this, but all of

team with more responsabilities would reduce the
conflicts by making people more able to work independantly.
In conclusion, we have to adapt the work to the men, not the men to the

For the diagnostics, setxkbmap -print will output something similar as
what you found in the logs.
I hope this helps, and joyeuses fêtes de fin d'année anyway.

Hi,
The problem with the fan control
, as your G5 runs in 32-bit mode
(which is usually slightly faster than 64 bit mode).
By the way, Java comes from Sun, not Adobe.

Dear all,
I just would like to mention a bug I reported recently: pressing
CapsLock (on a PC keyborad, my Apple keyboard had a tragic accident),
freezes yaboot.

Does it happen on other machines?

on G5 iMacs, how about making an specific installer? This
would introduce the opportunity of supporting the Airport extreme card
on machines on which the users kept an OSX system, or by asking them to
insert the installation CD.
